Our client is a globally Luxury brand. As they continue to expand in Asia, they are seeking for an experienced Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, APAC to join their regional team.
Responsibilities
Support the Senior Management to implement the Global visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all store concepts and formats within the specified area
Identify and communicate local store needs and best practices
Conduct store visits in line with the store visit plan and ensure that all stores in the specified area are visited
Coach/Train the Store Managers and specified store staff within specified area on the Global Visual Merchandising standards and Guidelines
Keep up-to-date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback to senior management on any current and upcoming fashion trends across the Market
Ensure smooth store openings /renovations within the given timelines
Partner with Merchant Teams + Planning/Allocation Teams to evaluate product receipts in-store inventory to determine effective visual presentation methods to increase sales volume
Create + update the visual merchandising training tools + resources, including the Visual Presentation Manual, Product Knowledge, and Store Survey’s + Profiles
Manage employees and sets individual goals that link to overall brand and business priorities
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Design / Visual Merchandising / Related studies
At least 6 - 8 years in visual merchandising field with fashion/ luxury retail experience
Ability to travel to and communicate with local markets
Travel domestically and occasionally overseas (as needed)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising or equivalent
