The Role

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer to join Memora’s founding team as the first hire alongside our founder. Memora is a productivity app designed to transform how people manage their time and tasks, and we need someone who can match our intensity and ambition. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced role for someone who thrives under tight deadlines, believes in our long-term vision, and is ready to be the technical rock of our team. 

You’ll collaborate closely with the founder, turning their strategic product vision into reality while identifying technical risks with a solutions-oriented mindset. We don’t want “it’s too hard” or “it can’t be done”—we want you to explain why it’s challenging, why it’s risky, and quantify it so we can decide together if it’s a risk worth taking. This is a partnership built on trust, grit, and a shared passion for building something game-changing.

Key Responsibilities

·         Build the Memora Prototype: Transform Figma designs into a functional MVP optimized for productivity, ready to test product-market fit. 

·         Launch and Iterate: Release the app on Product Hunt and other platforms, gather user feedback, and refine it under tight timelines. 

·         Develop Core Features: Create scalable, efficient systems for task management, notifications, and user dashboards. 

·         Collaborate Intensively: Work hand-in-hand with the founder to align technical execution with Memora’s ambitious roadmap. 

·         Deliver Under Pressure: Meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining quality and innovation in a high-intensity environment.

Skills & Expectation

We don’t expect you to possess every skill listed below, but your core skills should be enough to deliver at a high level. If you lack experience in a specific area, we’re all about putting in the effort to learn and improve together as we grow Memora.

Technical Expertise: 

·        Front-end mastery (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for intuitive, responsive user interfaces. 

·        Back-end proficiency (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) to power task management and real-time features. 

·        Experience with mobile app deployment on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including navigating their guidelines and processes. 

·        Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for scalable productivity tools. 

·        Ability to build prototypes or MVPs from design tools like Figma.

Work Intensity: 

·        Comfortable with an intensive workload and delivering under tight deadlines—Memora’s pace is fast, and we expect you to keep up. 

·        Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure, early-stage startup environment.

·         Immediate Start: We’re moving quickly and expect you to start immediately upon joining to hit the ground running.
