Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide on-site supervision and coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors involved in the project, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and performance expectations.
  • Monitor project progress closely, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, permits, and approvals. Ensure that all project records are organized and accessible for reference.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project supervision, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and implement solutions proactively.
