Job Responsibilities
1. Assisted each department in completing the whole recruitment process, including job Posting, preliminary screening of resumes, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
2. Maintained recruitment channels (such as LinkedIn, boss direct employment, etc.), regularly updated and optimized job information
3. Responsible for handling the entry and departure procedures of employees, managing labor contracts and personnel files
4. Sorted out HR-related reports, employee files, etc., and assisted in updating employee information system data
5. Assist in other administrative work
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management, administration management, or business English is preferred
2. 1-2 years HR/Admin related working experience, multinational team working experience is preferred
3. Chinese and English can both be used as working languages, including written communication and basic oral communication
4. Proficient in using remote collaboration tools such as ZOOM, Notion, Google Workspace, etc., familiar with various recruitment channels
5. Strong sense of time management, high degree of autonomy and responsibility, ability to efficiently complete tasks without supervision, meticulous and patient

3. 负责处理员工入职、离职手续,管理劳动合同及人事档案
4. 整理人事相关报表、员工档案等,协助更新员工信息系统数据
5. 协助其他行政管理工作
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、商务英语专业相关优先
2. 1-2年人事/行政相关工作经验,有跨国团队协作经验优先
3. 中英文可作为工作语言,包括书面沟通和基本的口语沟通
4. 熟练使用远程协作工具如ZOOM、Notion、Google Workspace等,熟悉多种招聘渠道
5. 强时间管理意识,高度自主性和责任心,能在无监督状态下高效完成任务,工作细致耐心
