Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth at Reap, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy and accelerating revenue growth across our product lines, including Reap Card, Reap Pay, and our embedded finance solutions.

You will lead a high-performing growth team, foster strategic partnerships, and develop innovative approaches to reach new markets, ensuring that our clients benefit from our comprehensive financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Reap’s vision and business objectives, focusing on expanding our global market presence and enhancing our product offerings.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of new business and strategic partnerships professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture aimed at achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including payment technologies and APIs, to articulate value propositions that resonate with potential clients and showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in sectors that benefit from our corporate credit card, payouts, and expense management solutions, driving adoption and usage of our innovative products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business operations teams to align growth initiatives with product development, ensuring a seamless customer experience and effective integration of our services.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, delivering consultative sales approaches that address their unique financial needs and demonstrating how Reap can simplify their financial operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor sales performance and market trends, utilizing data analytics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in sales processes, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape, driving innovation in our sales and marketing tactics to maintain our competitive edge and ensure Reap remains a leader in financial solutions.


Who You Are:

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in technology sales, with a strong background in selling APIs or technical products. Experience in financial services or fintech is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams, with a focus on achieving high growth and performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, understand market dynamics, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders, effectively conveying the value of our products.
  • Customer-Centric: A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions that empower businesses to achieve their financial goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to innovate in pursuit of excellence.
