Senior Regional Marketing Associate
This is a dynamic and multifaceted marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, encompassing paid media (search and social), creative execution and strategic planning. Working closely with the local sales team, you will play a pivotal role in generating high-quality leads and driving conversion.
Fluency in both English and Traditional Mandarin (verbal, written and listening) is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy in Asia, with a primary focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
- Developing paid search and social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Design and create bilingual (English and Traditional Mandarin) marketing collateral for print, digital and social media campaigns.
- Drive high-quality leads into consultations with the local sales team, ensuring an effective pitching strategy, tracking the sales funnel and gathering feedback to optimise ongoing marketing activities.
- Organise and manage webinars, in-person marketing events and seminars from inception to execution.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion metrics across all marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous campaign optimisation and market growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing.
- Hands-on experience with paid social and search advertising.
- Fluency in both English and Traditional Mandarin.
- Strong creative acumen with a keen eye for visual branding and design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or iMovie.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across globally dispersed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: HKD 30,000 per month and performance-Based Annual Bonus tied to revenue based KPI's.
