Position

Digital Marketing Manager

 

Role

The Digital Marketing Manager reports directly to the Communications Director. We are looking for an individual to develop, implement, monitor, and optimize our digital marketing strategy. The candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and best practices, and be able to lead the foundation’s digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the communications team, program team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the team, develop, implement, and refine cross-channel digital marketing strategies on an international scale
  • Build and maintain the foundation’s digital presence, in liaison with appointed agencies and other third-party suppliers
  • Oversee content development across all online channels, including website, YouTube, SEO/SEM, newsletter, and social media
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media plan to build brand awareness in priority markets
  • Plan and lead photography and videography projects to promote the work of the foundation and its global community
  • Manage and maintain the foundation’s website, CRM database, user journey, and any related enhancement projects
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against communications and wider foundation’s objectives
  • Contribute to digital marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
  • Support the foundation’s internal and external communications as needed, such as developing content, addressing inquiries, and managing event RSVPs
  • Apply and uphold brand identity across all touchpoints to create a consistent brand experience

 

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in media communications, journalism, or digital media is preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant working experience in non-profits, related corporate sectors, or agencies
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with attention to details
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including for paid media, CRM, and DAM
  • Creative and dynamic with good project management and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and self-motivated with a learning mindset to take on new challenges
  • Experience in managing global or regional marketing campaigns is a plus
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
