Responsibilities:

• Work with businesses on gathering and re-finding requirements, review and analyst their needs and priorities, turn them in to user stories 

• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information

• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of digital product /operation/platform projects

• Consult with business users to determine system functional specifications and provide user and operational support 

• Coordinate and support the testing, including preparing test plans and test cases and conducting the testing.

• Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or related disciplines

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, with ERP solution delivery experience in enterprise-scale system integration projects, preferably within cross-functional environments and sizable organizations

• Proven experience in the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Proficiency in English, fluency in spoken Cantonese and Putonghua

• Able to work across different time zones

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure

• Candidates with Project Management experience is a plus
