Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Create engaging social media content, including copywriting, editing, and posting across multiple platforms, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TicTok, etc.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Hong Kong and Mainland markets.

進行市場研究，分析香港及內地市場的趨勢和機會。

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

策劃、協調及執行市場推廣活動，以達成業務目標。

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴協作，確保活動順利進行。

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements / 要求

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

市場推廣、傳訊或相關領域的學士學位。

- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

具備數碼市場推廣、社交媒體管理及內容創作的經驗。

- Strong copywriting and editing skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

出色的中英文文案撰寫及編輯能力，懂廣東話、普通話及英語。

- In-depth understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland markets.

對香港及內地市場有深入了解。

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

優秀的組織及項目管理能力。

- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
