Steak King is Hong Kong’s premier gourmet e-commerce platform, employing a diverse team dedicated to excellence. We specialize in twice-weekly air shipments from the world’s finest producers, alongside monthly sea shipments of gourmet products tailored for the Hong Kong market. We are looking for a candidate to manage the Chinese version of our website and drive sales through targeted social media advertising within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the website, including product selection and description translation.

- Create engaging social media advertisements and communicate directly with customers to upsell products.

- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive sales.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with prior experience in e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and a strong knowledge of gourmet food products, including meat, seafood, wine, and deli items.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken) with the ability to produce relevant and market-aware Chinese copy is a MUST.

- A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, e-commerce, or management is preferable.

- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to present products attractively on the website and social media.

- Basic videography skills are a plus.

- Experience managing social media accounts, including creating ads with calls to action to WhatsApp, Shopify, and sign-up forms.

- Ability to plan and develop effective online marketing campaigns.

- A genuine interest in gourmet food products, such as Wagyu beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and premium seafood.

- Experience in wholesale with a food distributor is preferred.

- A self-starter capable of working independently to achieve sales results.
