Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Digital Project Supervisor with a proofing record in team management and project management experience. YOU will be monitoring the team's productivities to ensure a high standard of service deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on in the project operation and assist your superior to set up the production process.
• Supervise a team to manage the daily productivities and resources in order to meet the desired quality and targets.
• Corporate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production.
• Provide regular production reports and incident reports when needed.
• Overall responsible for operations to be proceed in accordance with ISO manual.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above education qualification
• Team management experience is a must, additional advantage with Project Management experience
• knowledgeable with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
• Possession of scanning knowledge and Software will be a plus
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsible, client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Good sense of time management and problem solving skills
• Good Command of English and Cantonese
• Welcome IANG visa applicant with relevant experience
