Responsibilities
  • Work with Director of Marketing Communications to develop marketing plans
  • Focus on digital marketing including but not limited to website, SEO/ SEM, e-mail marketing, display and social media
  • Content creation for all communications channels, including but not limited to press releases, website, social media, e-mail campaigns and collaterals
  • Develop and execute promotion campaigns for rooms, F&B, catering and wellness through relevant digital and social media channels
  • Grow database and responsible for proactive online reputation management by monitoring relevant guest comments on travel sites and social media channels
  • Maintain a comprehensive contact list and build good relationships with local, regional and international media, KOLs and online influencers
  • Support and manage public relations activities such as media interviews, shootings and events
  • Manage the development of visual assets, i.e. photography and videography
  • Develop and update hotel collaterals and giveaways as per brand standards and guidelines, monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment
  • Liaise with external parties for joint promotions and partnerships
  • Explore and liaise with NGOs to implement CSR campaigns
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing channels and campaigns
  • Monitor marketing budget to optimise ROI
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Advertising or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, digital or related professional area
  • Hospitality marketing or digital agency experience is highly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Presentable, out-going and sincere personality to act as the “brand ambassador” to represent the hotel
  • Creative and strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Efficient, resilient with positive working attitude
