Operation Assistant (Construction Materials Testing Lab)

    • Job Duties
    • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the operation team
    • Prepare, maintain and update the records in a timely manner
    • Assist supervisor to prepare reports and documents
    • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties on subcontracting and invoicing issues
    • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
    Job Requirements
    • Diploma holder with at least 2 years' administrative / clerical working experience, preferably gained in construction, engineering or testing, inspection & certification industry
    • Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive and self-motivated
    • Fresh graduates will also be considered
