Handle pre-sales activities and post-sales activities on the services offering provided by Green Radar.
Working with the sales team and meeting with customers on the solution demonstration, solution onboarding and handle customer requests.
Working with developers, backend system engineer on solution enhancements.
Develop effective way on solution implementation methodology, improvement of customer experience on Green Radar solution.
The role may cover HK and South East Asia such as Malaysia and Thailand.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or related disciplines.
Requires background in cybersecurity solution deployment and selling.
A good knowledge of network and system, cybersecurity such as phishing, malware attacks.
Minimum 3 years of experience in solution implementation or selling.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and project management skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
