Purpose of Position
CASETiFY is seeking a creative and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving growth and engagement. As a successful candidate, you will be a highly motivated self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in developing and executing innovative growth marketing strategies to expand our customer base and enhance brand awareness.
Job Description
Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retarget existing ones, focusing on driving DTC revenue through online channels like video, display, and paid social media
Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for acquisition and retention, create campaign ideas, and conduct business reviews to inform strategies and plans
Collaborate closely with country marketing leads to tailor market-specific proposals and ensure alignment with local needs
Establish partnerships with various marketing functions (Brand, Product Marketing, Data, CRM, Performance Marketing) to implement marketing plans and deliver initiatives.
Analyze tech accessories and travel industry trends to understand evolving consumer needs and drive actionable insights
Articulate market insights and identify business potentials by integrating multiple data sources to support growth initiatives
Evaluate business and campaign performance against KPIs and collaborate with Consumer Insights to enhance understanding of consumer behavior, track campaign performance, and assess opportunities across different segments
Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance daily and collaborate with content and creative teams to enhance content strategy
Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports as assigned by senior management
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in DTC or e-commerce environments
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, including online channels such as video, display, and paid social media; minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing multiple digital ad platforms with a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns to meet aggressive ROI and growth targets
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data, derive insights and inform strategies
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate market insights clearly
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Experience with SQL and Tech skills is a plus
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
Data-driven, logical, systematic, and organized mindset
Experience working in a fast-paced environment focusing on performance marketing
Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands and eager to be part of a growing start-up team
Candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager
