Additionally, you will oversee daily operations in the supply chain and sales, working closely with both local and global stakeholders to align with group policies.

Your Role
As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for boosting sales and managing teams across various regions. You will handle procurement processes, factory operations, and supply chain management. Your exceptional leadership and people management skills will be vital to the team's success. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must for effective communication.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• At least 15 years of sales and managerial experience in the luxury/gifts & packaging sector
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-region operations
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, factory operations, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• A sales-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
