- To lead the digitization of IT operations by adopting automation, system tools and new digital workflow processes
- To monitor the quality and ensuring SLA compliance and minimizing business impact from incidents
- To manage operations budgets and cost forecasts with precision, ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
- To develop and implementation of network policies and standards
- SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree of Information Technology / Computer Science or any related disciplines
- With around 7-8 years of relevant experience, around 4 years in managerial level, able to lead a team and contractors
- Experience in managing teams in IT infrastructure development and production support functions
- Familiar with ServiceNow, Ansible, SolarWinds, FireMon and JIRA
- Strong project management skills with an ability to plan, execute and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
