1. Attaining 5 subjects at Grade ‘E’ or above in HKCEE (including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent
2. Min 2 years' full time working experience on Personnel Management or Human Resources related duties; or Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferable
3. Prepare monthly reports on Payment of Wages, MPF contributions and daily records of wage books to site management
4. Handle complaints from site personnel on any matters relating to wage payment and other personnel issues
5. Provide necessary assistance to site personnel
6. Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
7. Housing Authority projects’ experience is required
