Who we are looking for?

 What will you do?
To assist the Duty Manager in supervising and coordinating all Front Office related duties and participate in connecting with arriving, departing and in-house guests. 
  • Ensure proper room assignment with the preference of the arrival guests and co-ordinate with the Housekeeping Department on the room status and make any necessary arrangements when required 
  • Complete check-in and check-out process efficiently anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to help alleviate the pressure and process guests efficiently 
  • Answer guest e-mails and ensure that it is processed according to procedure and in a timely manner 
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service, striving to go extra mile at all times by being Intuitive, Refined and Engaging 
Knowledge & Skills
  • 2 years or above experience in the same position is preferable 
  • Familiar with computer systems and application software, such as Microsoft Office, Opera 
  • Knowledge of the full range of Front Office operations 
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese as priority. Additional language skills are an advantage
