As a Hygiene & Sanitation Manager, we rely on you to:
- Maintain the Food Safety Management System ISO 22000 and corporate food safety standard
- Plan and organize regular food safety internal audit with the teams
- Arrange food safety meetings to review reports and address areas needing improvement promptly; recommend procedural modification to maintain or enhance standards
- Coordinate and engage in training programs to all related parties
- Schedule Lab testing with Lab Testing Contractor; oversee sample collections and analyze Lab testing results
- Ensure strict adherence to FEHD regulations, including proper food labelling; maintain up-to-date information of these regulations
- Coordinate with the Procurement Team to review and conduct audits of suppliers
- Handle food complaints and investigations with Food and Beverage Team
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology Management, Hygiene or other related disciplines
- Qualifications of Hygiene and Food Safety training program
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 and HACCP
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Hotels/Private Clubs with similar capacity
- Experience in conducting training and audit checks would be an advantage
- Attention to details; good organizational skill and communication skill
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
