About our client Our client is a multinational company based in Europe with several sourcing centers in Asia. In order to handle their business expansion, they are looking for a System Engineer with good experience in internal IT infrastructure management in a multinational environment. About the role

• Responsible for L2/3 system administration in the on-premise system and cloud environment, including configuring, troubleshooting, documentation, backup, etc.
• Performing basic daily network operation and support, such as switch & router, Firewall, VPN, etc.
• Handling issues escalated from the L1 helpdesk team
• Planning, executing and implementing new infrastructure projects (e.g. migration, deployment) with the local IT vendors and global IT team
• Coordinating with teammates in the infrastructure team for infrastructure projects

Requirements

• High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields
• 3+ years experience of relative working experience, with experience in regional infrastructure projects is a plus
• Experience in O365, AAD/AD, VMware, Windows OS, On-prem/Azure cloud environment
• Familiar with troubleshooting networking technologies, including Firewall, VPN, LAN, WLAN, etc.)
• With cybersecurity solutions exposure(Endpoint, Email Gateway, Cloud security, etc.) is a plus
• Holder of CCNA/MCSE/MCSA/ITIL/CISSP is a plus
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential
• A good team player with a proactive attitude
