- Perform firewall configuration/change support.
- Work with other departments on firewall change requests and schedule.
- Provide administrative support to the tasks assigned by the manager, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Higher Diploma, preferably in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-house IT experience
- Experience in Forti or PA Firewall operation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and have can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
