Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing bidding proposals for potential partnerships and collaborations;
  • Develop and implement franchising model with visual merchandising concept and standards at the store level to explore potential franchising opportunities;
  • Plan and coordinate the setup of pop-up stores and/or online souvenir sales channels;
  • Develop souvenir strategies for local souvenirs, including the application of guidelines to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement;
  • Develop ticketing strategies including pricing structures, sales channels, and distribution methods;
  • Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to optimise ticket sales and revenue generation;
  • Drive promotion and publicity campaigns to boost ticket sales;
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, merchants, event organizers, agencies, vendors, and internal business units;
  • Assist in managing returns for fostering coordination with Guangdong counterparts;
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) / Government Representative(s); and
  • Required to work on irregular hours occasionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or a related field;
  • At least five (5) years of full time experience in business development, marketing, event production and management, or a related role, preferably gained in public relations, event, or media agencies, entertainment, tourism, or destination industries, of which at least three (3) years must be in a full-time management position;
  • Relevant work experience in government or public institutions is an advantage;
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in franchise and partnership management;
  • Strong expertise in the entire business development process, including effective business communications, understanding of business needs of potential partners, formulation of ideas, negotiation, stakeholders’ management, and contract execution;
  • Excellent in problem solving and leadership skills, proactive and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Have good interpersonal communication skills, excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English, and speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changes quickly; and
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
