To assist the trust department in discharging the following duties:
Assist trust manager/ director in establishing complex trust, foundation, pension plan and EBT structures with underlying entities in different jurisdictions.
Ensure the accurate set-up of all new trust structures and the transfer-in of existing trust and company appointments.
Manage day-to-day administration of trust and company appointments, including the maintenance of trust files, company kits and banking and custody records.
Provide timely and accurate administration for all trust and company appointments, ensuring high quality and accurate service delivery.
Issue timely reports, accounts, statements, invoices and replies to client queries.
Assist offshore trustees in local service delivery for offshore trust appointments.
Assist Banking Support Officer to Manage manage all banking and custody service requirements including bank account opening.
Assist trust manager to Conduct conduct annual reviews of trust and company appointments.
Ensure that the closing of all trust and company appointments are properly dealt with.
Assist trust manager to Attending attend to client requests on daily basis to undertake administrative tasks such as preparation of resolutions and minutes and arranging distributions.
Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for all transactions.
Follow company procedures for trust and company administration.
Follow compliance guidelines established to safeguard Trident Trust and clients from potential risk exposure.
Issuing of fee and reimbursable invoices and ensure timely collection for all fees due.
Review of annual financial statements for all trust and company appointments where required.
Attending to auditors and following up on all queries until the audit is completed.
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience gained in a trust company, background with a financial institution, legal or accounting firm also considered.
Familiarity with trust accounting/administration systems.
Experience in trust and corporate secretarial matters is a bonus.
University degree preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in Putonghua is a desirable.
Self-motivated, and a team player.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Candidates with professional qualifications or more experience will be considered for senior administrator position.
