Job Duties︰  

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for a flagship Hong Kong territory-wide volunteer recognition programme – Hong Kong Volunteer Award
• To lead the project team to achieve the KPI and goals set in the plan
• To cultivate strategic relationships and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and identified partners
• To identify the needs and trends of volunteering to develop activities that align with the project’s goals
• Ensure seamless communication with vendors and internal departments which drives excellent execution
• To prepare annual plans, budgets, funding proposals and reports  
• To assist in executing the marketing and promotion events for the dissemination of AVS messages to stakeholders and the public
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements︰

• Degree holder in Business/Public Administration, Social Science or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management 
• Familiarity of non-profit sector and volunteering would be an advantage
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Knowledge in I.T. applications including Windows, MS Office, Data Management System
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude, highly motivated, able to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills
• Presentable and display a mature personality with analytical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Innovative, diligent, self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Location: Wan Chai
