Job Title: Operations Trainee (Part-Time Intern) – Wealth Management Office

Job Scope:

• Assist in account opening processes and manage offline transaction forms.
• Support the handling of corporate action events for funds and bonds.
• Aid in product setup and conduct product due diligence.
• Manage document scanning, filing, and organization.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently in Year 3 or above pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and caution.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Available to work at least 2 days per week is a must.
