Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Sales and Operations Manager
• Provide comprehensive support to a Sales team of 4-6 members
• Assist the Sales team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and related sales documents
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to achieve business objectives and sales targets
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, along with other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• DSE/HKAL or above; a Diploma in Business-related disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred
• Well-organized, hardworking, self-initiated, and capable of working under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
