Responsibilities:

• Report to the CFO in Hong Kong
• Oversee accounting and financial operations, internal control and compliance, group reporting, tax compliance and banking operations in worldwide projects
• Enhance and implement measures to continuously improve financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
• Partner with all levels of the business to deliver financial analysis and support to assist in strategic decision-making
• Lead and coordinate multi-functional and cross regions ad hoc projects
• Engage with external professional parties, such as auditors, lawyers, tax advisors and property agents, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines
• Qualifications or professional certifications issued by HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA/ AICPA
• At least 8 years relevant experience from HK Listed Company/ US MNC/ Big 4
• Knowledge in US GAAP is an advantage but not a must
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Controller
