The Senior Product Specialist for Hong Kong at Codex Genetics Limited plays a vital role in advancing the company’s mission to transform patient care through genomic insights. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting the integration of the Codex Genetics and Guardant Health-AMEA diagnostic portfolio into clinical practice in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Specialist located in Hong Kong Science Park.

50% of the time:

• Scientific Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on the company’s diagnostic solutions and the broader field of precision medicine.

• Medical Education: Develop and deliver scientific presentations, training, and workshops to healthcare providers, ensuring a deep understanding of genomic insights and their clinical application.

50% of the time:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and institutions to facilitate the adoption of genomic testing.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, communications, etc.) to align strategies with overall objectives.

• Market Insights: Collect and analyze insights from healthcare professionals to inform product development, market strategy, and educational initiatives.

Education and Experience

• A medical or life science degree, preferably in molecular genetics or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar field-based medical role, ideally in oncology, pharmaceutical industry or molecular diagnostics.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
