Financial Planning & Analysis Lead - Property & Hospitality

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with functional teams and provide strategic financial input and recommendations to enhance financial performance and business activities
  • Oversee and improve the budgeting and forecasting process with detailed granularity ensuring alignment with company direction
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to identify trends, variances and insights for senior management team's decision support and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and enhance the financial management reports and presentations (business performance, business proposal, project update etc) to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement cost control measure to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
  • Lead implementation of high quality and efficient reporting tools, including dashboard and visualization tools
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, building a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Qualified member of a Recognized Professional Institute of Accountants (i.e. HKICPA, ICEAW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis experience gained from a sizeable business, property/ hospitality related industry is a MUST
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and present to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable strategic insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications; and financial modelling
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
