DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Clerk

Directly reports to Accountant

As the Accounts Clerk, you will mainly focus on AR collections. Below is JD in details:

• Perform routine AR operations including handling invoices/statement to customers, preparing voucher, etc.
• Monitor incoming payments and follow up overdue accounts
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve invoice issues
• Prepare bank reconciliations, staff reimbursement claims, and journel ledger
• Assist in routine of AP operation
• Assist in internal/external audit process
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal Accounts Clerk:

• F.5 / DSE with LCCI Level 2 or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting 
• Responsible, stable, proactive, accurate and organized
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good PC skills & familiar with MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred
