Responsibilities:

Responsible and accountable for timely and accurate financial, statutory and regulatory reporting in the Group, and including its subsidiaries in China; review, analyze and interpret business units’ financial performance; 

Support the financial information need of the Board Drive for changes within Finance and the company to construct a robust financial control environment; review current accounting and reporting practice and procedures, identify and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

As a single point of contact to handle auditor and banker in the company; In charge of the annual reporting, and tax filing.

Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

* Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

* Qualified accountant and member of the HKICPA or a reputable accounting association

* Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in Finance/ Accounting environment.

* Sound knowledge in Hong Kong Accounting Standards.

* Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in Peachtree is an added advantage

* Good spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage

* Independent with strong leadership and excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

* Matured, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
