To represent the interests of medical practitioners in Hong Kong, the Association nominates members to serve various medical and related statutory and non-statutory institutions including the Medical Council of Hong Kong, Optometrists Board, Pharmacy and Poisons Board, etc. In addition, the Hong Kong Medical Association and the Chinese Medical Association of Mainland China exchange visits to each other on a regular basis to promote a friendly relationship and understanding of medical development in the two places.

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread corporate communications materials (newsletters, speeches, social media posts, presentations, etc.)
• Assist in multimedia content such as graphics, IG reel editing, etc.
• Support PR events, vendor coordination, and logistics
• Keep things running smoothly with daily admin tasks

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or related fields
• Degree in public relations, corporate communications, digital marketing or similar
• Fluent in Mandarin and Strong English & Chinese writing skills
• A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player
• Occasional travel may be requested
• Familiarity with Canva, Filmora, or Wix is a plus
• Preferably available immediately
