What you'll be doing

• Maintain and update accurate records relating to product development, including updating vendor information, purchase orders, and inventory management
• Work closely with the product development team to communicate designs and development timelines with suppliers
• Assist with negotiating with suppliers on cost, schedules, and terms
• Maintain good relationship and communication with suppliers
• Arrange shipment and logistics of goods from supplier factories to destination 
• Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall success of the team
• Coordinate with third parties as needed to ensure a smooth product development process

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and a team player
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Some travel needed to visit factories from time to time
• Relevant work experience in the toy industry is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus
