Finance & Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Handling daily bookkeeping and preparing payments.
• Handling office administrative and clerical duties such as procurement of office supplies, insurance matters and coordination of contract-based services.
• Handling HR duties, such as maintaining employee information and attendance records.
• Act as coordinator between other departments.
• Handling ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
• More than 1 year experience in a similar accounting and administration role.  Candidates who have worked in small firms and have overall and general understanding of Accounting/ Admin/ HR will be preferred. 
• PC skills – MS Word, Excel, Power point. 
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
