Our client:

Your role:

• Spearhead the management and coordination of group-wide insurance programs, including tenders, renewals, and policy setup
• Oversee insurance claims handling and resolution, including complex cases involving multiple stakeholders
• Manage insurance documentation, budgeting, and premium allocation across business units
• Develop and conduct insurance-related training programs while providing expert advisory to internal stakeholders
• Review and ensure compliance of contractors' insurance policies with group requirements
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of insurance broking/underwriting experience, or 3 years in-house insurance management
• Professional insurance qualification (ANZIIF Senior Associate or ACII preferred)
• Good knowledge of property, casualty, employees' compensation, and construction insurance
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in MS Office suite
