Human Resources and Administration Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Human Resources, Training, Administration, and oversee four Training Centres. You will play a crucial role in enhancing employee experience, fostering a culture of engagement and development. 

Responsibilities

  1. Human Resources Management
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and our Vision, Mission and Core Values. 
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and retention programs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
  2. Training & Development
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.
  3. Office Administration
    • Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
    • Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
  4. Training Centres Management
    • Coordinate with centre supervisors to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
    • Monitor budgets, resources, and performance metrics for the training centres.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in HR management. 
  • Willing to serve and passionate about driving continuous improvement. 
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
