Your role:

• Spearhead market research and product development initiatives, including demand analysis, positioning, and competitive intelligence
• Drive product compliance with regulatory requirements while developing unique selling propositions
• Orchestrate promotional programs and pricing strategies in collaboration with key accounts and marketing teams
• Lead product lifecycle management from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring market fit and commercial success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Health Science, Nutrition, or related discipline with 5+ years product management experience in FMCG
• Proven track record in healthcare, beauty, cosmetic, or medical product management
• Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated market insight and strategic thinking
• Excellence in stakeholder management with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
