Your role:
Spearhead business partnership management to achieve company objectives, ensuring KPI achievement and compliance standards
Drive strategic business planning and implementation to maximize sales performance and market opportunities
Lead team development through mentoring, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize retail operations
Manage stakeholder relationships, including performance reporting to senior management and handling escalated customer matters
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business partnership and operations management with proven sales leadership
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and implementing operational improvements
Strong retail industry knowledge with specific expertise in health products sector
Excellence in customer service, decision-making, and team leadership capabilities
Fluent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin with MS Office proficiency
