Responsibilities:

  • Managing job requisitions and all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate and hire top candidates
  • Develop, identify, and implement metrics as well as collect and analyze recruiting data to determine areas for improvement
  • Actively approach and source potential talents through a variety of channels
  • Formulating internal and external talent strategy, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Monitor external market and competitive trends and provide market intelligence back to the business to influence our practices and offerings
  • Conduct performance management, employee relations and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 5-7 years' experience relevant working experience in sizable chinese company
  • Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
