Talent Acquisition Manager (Chinese Fintech group )
Managing job requisitions and all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate and hire top candidates
Develop, identify, and implement metrics as well as collect and analyze recruiting data to determine areas for improvement
Actively approach and source potential talents through a variety of channels
Formulating internal and external talent strategy, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs
Monitor external market and competitive trends and provide market intelligence back to the business to influence our practices and offerings
Conduct performance management, employee relations and employee engagement
Requirements:
Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
5-7 years' experience relevant working experience in sizable chinese company
Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Strong presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
