Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Policies and Processes
- Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a professional manner.
2. Working Visa Applications
- Manage and process Hong Kong Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and provide advice on immigration matters.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a smooth experience for employees.
4. Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training plans.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Hongkong-based companies.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Working Visa application processes and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in HR management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders.
