崗位職責
1. 人才招聘 :負責精準描繪人才畫像,進行行業人才盤點與Mapping,確保按需高效引入組織所需人才。
2. 員工關係管理 :深入洞察員工狀態與敬業度,作為員工與管理層間的溝通橋梁,客觀反饋問題,識別並解決組織中的實際問題,推動方案實施。
3. 績效優化 :深入理解服務組織的戰略與目標,支持績效管理體系的實施,助力業務領導者構建高績效團隊。
4. 培訓與發展 :全面評估團隊能力,識別能力差距(GAP),設計並執行培訓計劃,評估效果,推動學習型組織的持續發展。
 

職位要求:
1. 學士及以上學歷,經濟學、管理學、教育學或心理學相關專業背景。
2. 目標導向,具備高內駆力,愿意為實現目標付出額外努力。
3. 對新事物保持好奇心,擅長溝通與學習,對人力資源管理領域充滿熱情。
4. 具備1-2年HR工作經驗,且有在中資公司工作的經歷者優先。

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:Responsible for accurately depicting talent profiles, conducting industry talent mapping, and ensuring efficient recruitment of required talent based on organizational needs.
2. Employee Relations Management:Deeply insights into employee status and engagement, serving as a bridge between employees and management, objectively feedback issues, identify and resolve actual problems within the organization, and drive implementation of solutions.
3. Performance Optimization:Thoroughly understand the strategy and goals of the serviced organization, support the implementation of performance management systems, and assist business leaders in building high-performance teams.
4. Training & Development:Comprehensively assess team capabilities, identify capability gaps (GAPs), design and execute training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and promote the continuous development of a learning organization.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Economics, Management, Education, or Psychology.
2. Goal-oriented with high intrinsic motivation, willing to put in extra effort to achieve goals.
3. Maintain curiosity towards new things, excel in communication and learning, and have a passion for human resource management.
4. Candidates with 1-2 years of HR experience, especially those with experience working in Chinese companies, are preferred.
