Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments.
• Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze market trends and industry data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
• To liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and work coordination

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Solid corporate finance experience in the execution of IPOs and M&A transactions would be preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
