Digital Business Analyst - Prominent Life Insurance Group
Our client, a prominent Life Insurance Group in Hong Kong, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Product Owner. This role will concentrate on managing digital products to enhance value and user experience for partners and stakeholders in Partnership Distribution.
Responsibilities:
Assist Digital Product Owners in creating and prioritizing backlogs for various digital solutions.
Clarify business requirements and stakeholder expectations for delivery.
Develop business requirement documents and user stories.
Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with the Business Requirement Document and User Stories.
Maintain strong relationships with business users to ensure satisfaction with the technology team.
Ensure seamless integration of new system changes with business processes.
Create training materials and conduct user training for system implementation.
Coordinate support for corporate-wide cross-functional projects.
Track key project milestones and adopt new Agile practices and methodologies.
Perform other duties as assigned by managers to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, preferably in insurance.
Strong experience in digital application management as a Business Analyst is preferred.
Familiarity with regional settings and a proven track record of delivering results in regional markets.
Good understanding of both technology and business; a technical background is advantageous.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders through a good understanding of business objectives and the services they require.
Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of its key principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Capacity to deliver results in short timeframes and adapt to changing conditions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
