Responsibilities
To achieve assigned branch business targets with quality;
To manage branch operation effectively including business development, provision of quality customer service, properly keeping of loans records, and maintenance of loan quality;
To lead, motivate and train branch staff and ensure efficient operation of the branch in strict compliance with the Company's polices, internal control and all statutory requirements; and
To devise and implement marketing campaign to expand client base.
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
5 years’ or more experience in personal loan industry of which latest 1 year at senior officer level;
Good leadership, mature and able to work under pressure to achieve business target/goal;
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; and
Strong marketing network and/or clientele &/or referral agent base.
( Candidates with higher experience will be considered forAssistant Branch Manager)
