Our client is a leading listed conglomerate currently expanding and seeking a Deputy Director to join their Corporate Finance Department, based at Head Office in Hong Kong and will be responsible for the oversight of the Social Infrastructure business active in real assets (including investment properties or infrastructure assets space) and growing. Regular travel to UK and Europe, involves working closely with Hong Kong headquarter team as well as with London-based operating partner, to oversee businesses in the UK / Europe and to facilitate new investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior oversight and management of the Social Infrastructure business, primarily in UK and Europe, and other regions, ensuring efficient resource use and representing the company on company boards and committees
• Represent the company’s interests on the Social Infrastructure portfolio companies’ Boards
• Monitor monthly performance and communications
