九龍站高尚住宅高級客戶服務主任 (9小時早中輪班) -Senior Guest Service Officer - 月薪可高達$23,805，另設新人獎$18,000

工作時間：一星期上班 6天，每日9小時早中輪班
(0715-1615 / 1400-2300) 或
固定夜更 (23:00 - 08:00)
*必須於十五分鐘前報到當值*
職責： 負責高尚住宅日常管理運作，及提供優質客戶服務，例如住戶接待、訪客登記、文件工作、接聽電話及處理大廈內發生的緊急及突發事件等
To be responsible for providing smooth operations of concierge services and maximizing resident satisfaction; greeting, handling residents’ enquiries and complaints promptly; handling both internal and external phone calls in a courteous manner; performing daily administration and reports when necessary
要求：中五程度或以上，須持有效QAS、保安人員許可證及平安卡，良好溝通能力（操流利英語及粵語，普通話），懂中英文輸入法打字，熟悉電腦操作，具備1年或以上會所/住宅或酒店工作經驗者優先考慮

工作地點： 九龍站上蓋住宅
薪 金：$23,805(已包含勤工獎)，視乎經驗而定
新人獎首6個月, 每月$3,000，共$18,000

**經驗者較淺者，會考慮聘任為客戶服務主任($20,200月薪)
***成功通過初步面試者，會安排與崗位負責人進行第二次面試，請預先準備2-3分鐘英文自我介紹***
