Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects within our organization. This role requires a solid understanding of project management principles and basic knowledge of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure project alignment and clear communication of goals.
• Cloud Knowledge: Utilize basic understanding of cloud technologies to facilitate discussions and decision-making regarding cloud-based solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders; provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements through regular reviews and testing.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, and project plans.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management in a technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
