KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Conduct outbound calls to donors including welcome call, fail payment reminder, upgrade, conversion and reactivation campaign
• Respond and maintain hotline, emails and all other communication channel inquiries from donors
• Maintain and retain donor relationship through emails, phone calls and all other communication channel
• Handle all types of donation processing including cash, cheque and credit card transactions
• Assist in administrative tasks, reporting support and database management when required
• Assist in our regular donor engagement event/s
• Provide any ad hoc support as requested by line manager
• Provide training / support to our working partner when required
• Support implementation of strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
• Execute initiatives to strengthen relationships with current donors, with the objective to increase donor’s engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HKCEE/DSE or above
• Holder of Diploma 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• At least 3 years working experience in telemarketing, candidate with less experience may be considered as Donor Relation Assistant
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua.
• Proficiency in English & Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge of computer application such as MS Office
• Attention to details, high accuracy and target-driven.
• Good team player, dedicated, with empathy, and passionate to work in NGO
• Strong interested to work for good cause serving the children in the community 

Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior officer-level positions. 

We are looking for both full-time and part-time teammates to join our team.

The part-time position will be on a contract basis.
