We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as Admin Officer / Assistant Admin Officer.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for all-round office administrative functions, includes but not limited to assisting in company vehicle license and insurance renewal, customer reception, office renovation/relocation project, repair and maintenance of office equipment, etc
Handle admin related payment processing and update payment records
Manage company properties and the related housekeeping matters
Coordinate different business activities with internal and external parties
Manage meeting and travel calendars for senior management
Occasional travel and outdoor work are required
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Admin field in sizable MNC organization
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous PRC working experience is an advantage
A mature team player with excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills
Pleasant personality, self-motivated and detail-minded
Capable of working independently and under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
